Backend
Developer

We are seeking a Backend Developer (Mid-Level) to join our web development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side operation and functionality of the website. Your main tasks will include developing and maintaining our database layer, APIs, and other web services. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in modern programming languages such as JavaScript and Node Js

Responsibilities:

• Be proficient in server-side development and optimization of data, including database creation management and debugging
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces
• Create and analyze reliable and secure back-end functionality
• Maintain, expand, and scale our website
• Remain knowledgeable of emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
• Collaborate with front-end developers and web designers to match visual design intent

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor of Science in computer science, software engineering, programming, or equivalent
• Proficiency with languages such as JavaScript and Node Js
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node Js, React, and Angular and typescript
• Basic experience with AWS, Lambda, SQS, Dynamo DB, and MongoDB as well
• Understanding of object-oriented programming
• Experience with the design and implementation of APIs
• Understanding of code management tools such as Git.
• Track record of successfully managing multiple company or customer websites
• Excellent time-management and communication skills
